Ron Wess (Fusion ElectroniQ) Fusing all genres together. A well rounded Listener of music, Music Producer, Hip Hop Dance Instructor and Portrait Artist. Excited to be a member of lastFM hearing old classics and hearing new material for the first time, hopefully soon listeners will get to Scrobble through my tracks hopefully enjoying what they hear. Influenced early in music by my Pops he listened to everything, sometimes I would sneak and listen to his lps when Mom and Pops werent home lol. I call my sound Fusion ElectroniQ been working on it since late 98, actually late 89 I started with turntables just mixing everything I could get my hands ond do mixes like Van Halen and Eric B and Rakiem, Beatles and Africa Bambata, just craziness. Friends and loved ones showed interest so I kept at it. I basically fuse everything I listen to from A-Z with emotions, lifes experinces and Artist who have inspired and influenced me and there you have it. Jazz is a really big thing to me a foundation of sorts, I remember back in the day going to sleep with my transistor radio on a jazz station under my pillow til the batteries went dead. Pat Metheny,Jaco Pastorious,Bob James,Yellow Jackets,George Benson just to name a few artist that I listen to and would love to collab with espeacially Pat Metheny. Dance wise I looked up to Michael Jackson for inspiration and moves, James Brown, Fred Astair Now anybody whos doing there thing like Chris Brown, Usher, Justin Timberlake, Ciara, Janet etc. Its been a lifelong dream of mine just to perform with some of these Cats Oh and believe me I can hang with the best of them! Art is just an outlet for me, brushed up on it in commercial art (Vo-Tech) in high school, I mostly draw Iconic figures or whatever catches my eye. Mostly the gifts I ve been given I hope to use them to Inspire, Uplift, Help and to give back to the Artist who have inspired me.
